q & a

I was tagged by Morning Glory Box to do a fun q & a tag! And as she so perfectly put it, I am going to be one of those bloggers and play along!

RULES:
1. Respond and rework: Answer the questions on your blog, replace one question that you dislike with a question of your own invention, add one more question of your own.

2. Tag other un-tagged people.

What are you wearing today?
well since it's not a weekday i am in jeans and a t-shirt! Ahhhh!

What would you like to learn to do?
play the piano!

What did you have for dinner?
left-overs but from a steak house so it's all good.

What was the last thing you bought?
two super sweet little bunnies that were 75% off at target. don't ask me why.

What are you listening to right now?
like literally right now? Adele and Cat Power.

What is your favorite weather?
although i really like a good summer day, my favorite is the slightly crisp cool air where you are only able to get warm directly in the sun. i also enjoy a walk on the beach when it's a bit dreary with gray-white clouds, wearing a hoodie (and of course no one else on the beach).

What is on your bedside table?
books, a lamp, water, a pic of bear, and a bracelet

What are you looking forward to happening within the next year?
school or career opportunities, getting engaged (!), and finding a place for a little foal that one of my moms horses will have soon!

Which actor/actress do you think is similar to you?
ihave been told a lot that i look a bit like rachel mcadams.

What is your most challenging goal right now?
deciding how to afford grad school and what to major in. at the same time saving money.

What is a fashion style you can't stand?
i really don't understand the pants hanging down to a persons knees thing! i mean whats the appeal? you can't really walk. i have seen people who might as well not be wearing pants because their butt was hanging out! i can not stand this!

Favorite vacation spot?
those who have been here a while may already know... maine!

Name the things you cannot live without:
music, books, my camera and I really liked Morning Glory's' 5 senses answer!

What would you like to get rid of?
my black thumb because i want a green one! one that makes a lush garden bloom. i'm working on it!
If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
italy!
What language do you want to learn?
i would to become fluent in spanish for practical purposes and i've already taken classes. but learning italian would be nice and french is so beautiful.

What quality do you dislike most in a a person?
holding hate for those who are different. having a belief and hating others either because they do not feel the same or because one does not understand them.

What countries have you visited?
the bahamas

What is your all time favorite movie:
what?! this is hard! i love a lot for different reasons. eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, quentin tarantino movies, life is beautiful, say anything, titanic (that music gets me every time), breakfast at tiffanys, revolutionary road, and so many more i can't even think!

What are some of the things you like about where you live?
ilike the weather. near mountains. i could be closer to the beach!

What's you favorite quality about yourself?
i have grown more comfortable with myself as i get older which i think has made me funnier and i am very empathetic.

What is your favorite quote/saying?
i don't really have one thats my favorite

Say one random fact about yourself:
Are you ready because this is crazy... When I was in the 3rd grade I woke up for school with pink eye and my mom was like, "we need to put some eye drops in." I laid on her bed, she grabbed the bottle from her bedside table and let a drop slip into my eye. "Oops, we have to do it again, you blinked." I uncovered my eye with the Kleenex I was using to wipe the wet away and realized with fright I could not open my eye! My mom had grabbed a little bottle of fake nail glue that looked exactly like the eye drop bottle! We rushed to the hospital and they cut my eye lashes off and slowly unglued my eye. I had to wear a patch for like 2 weeks. It was the first time I ever saw my mom cry.

What is a charity that is close to your heart?
susan g. koman! any cancer foundation/association really.
and this is always so hard, i will tag 3 today.
elsiee, pearl, & rheea
if they wanna.
♥em

Those are great answers! I LOVE the photo of Italy you posted, I'm also a huge Tarantino fan, and I can relate to having a distaste for people who judge.

Congratulations on the engagement! If you look like Rachel McAdams, he BETTER claim you before someone else does!!

Love your answers! I basically want to do, learn, go to the same choices you picked. And that is such a scary fact. Eyes are probably the most valuable thing I own, haha.
